We understand the intimate nature of our products, so all of our orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging from our parent company, Pyramid Enterprises. Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Orders received before 9 am Pacific will be shipped out the same day provided the items are in stock. You may receive several shipments to completely fill your order, but will NOT incur additional shipping charges. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each portion of your order once it has shipped.
We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. We reserve the right to ship with whichever service we deem to be the most secure. Larger orders may ship FedEx with an adult signature required.
We ship to all countries outside of the U.S. & Canada. All international lingerie orders will ship out within the same time frame as domestic orders. We ship all international packages in the same secure and discreet manner that we send domestic packages. Unfortunately, our footwear warehouse is not set up for international shipping at this time. You can still place footwear in your order and pay for it, but we must then turn around and refund that portion of your order so please do not add it to your order. Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to guarantee transit times for locations outside of the U.S. Once it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipments will be discreetly packaged and will be accompanied by the appropriate customs forms.
Generally, International packages will take approximately 10 - 14 days. This estimate, however, is not a guarantee and there is no way of knowing how long your particular package will take to arrive. Although rare, extended delays in customs can also occur. We have no control over this and regret that we are unable to tell you how long it will take to clear customs.

Any promotional offers for "Free Shipping" apply to U.S. Standard Domestic orders only. Expedited, Canadian & International shipping is extra. ***All Expedited shipping orders placed after 9:00AM PST will be shipped the following day. FedEx/UPS do not run on Saturday, i.e. if you place an order on Friday morning and want it overnight, you will NOT receive it on Saturday, you will receive it on Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. A 2nd Day order placed on Friday will get to you on a Tuesday, unless Monday is a holiday.
